Additional house rules

- No (unauthorized) additional guests - Quiet hours start at 10pm Please check-out by 11:00am. Additional charges will occur if check-out exceeds 11:15am (unless given permission). There will be a fee for any damaged, lost, stolen items, or violation of house rules. We will have to charge for any signs of smoking within the unit ($500). No more than 4 guests in the unit at a time allowed. An additional $50 per guest past 4 people will be charged. Although you have the unit entirely to yourself, noise should be kept to a reasonable volume when outside the unit, and any complaint made by a neighbor may result in an additional charge ($50). Lastly, stays longer than 14 nights may have a custom cleaning fee or be subject to a midpoint maintenance check.
